God has given me lovely friends who help me in the areas where I am not-so-gifted! This is where my blog team comes into play. You would not want to read my un-edited version of my blog, so many, many thanks goes out to these two precious women of God who stand with me, correct me, spell-check me and give me tons of grace throughout the process!

Marty met Linda at a women’s retreat in 2008 as they connected during a lunch gathering. The following year, Linda was asked to return for another retreat for Marty’s church. Marty and Linda spent the entire 5 hours of their “free time” together talking about the Lord. It was obvious that God was creating a special relationship and Linda has mentored Marty ever since. In addition to being a bible teacher, Marty serves as Linda’s assistant during speaking events and serves as an editor. Marty also finds great enjoyment in being a wife and mother of two rapidly growing boys.

Tara is a homeschooling mom to two joy-filled children who daily keep her on her toes, and is a wife of eighteen years to Chris. Having been graced with a talent for music, her greatest joy is to play piano/keyboard with the worship team at her home church in Clayton, NC. Tara passes on her love of music to all her piano students, even if they forget to practice. But first and foremost, a passion for God’s Word and the daily impact it can have on any and everyone’s life is a joy that fills her heart and gives her a passion for missions.
